Marketplace

I play on a Ipad IOS 17, and have a trouble with the marketplace.I can purchase things from the marketplace but when I try to download them, there is never any progress on getting it downloaded. Some packs in the photo have been like that for months. I thought it was a problem with my old account, so I changed it, but it stayed. Then I updated the app, still this problem stays. Also parts of the marketplace are glitched into purple and black squares.
