Packs (Add-ons) aren't rendering properly

So I joined a Minecraft server, and I looked at other people  and everyone was pink and I restarted my game and it worked but the packs aren't loading properly and I joined my realm and my friend had the same issue but even mobs like the bath bomb addon where pink, Why does it happen???(Proof at the bottom)
