Bee pollen bug!

When my bees collect pollen grains fully, they still continue to collect it. Means, even if they have sufficient pollen grains, they don't go inside their nest. We have to push them, or hit them. They also don't go into their nest at night, because of this. If you hit them from the wrong side, they will not go in nest and come in rage.
