High render distance warning message renders on top of the pop-up about disabling the Use Recommended Texture Limit option

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Settings > Video and scroll down to the Render Distance slider
2. Increase the render distance until the warning message appears
3. Disable the Use Recommended Texture Limit option

Observed Results:
The warning message renders on top of the pop-up about disabling the Use Recommended Texture Limit option.

Expected Results:
The warning message should be rendered behind the pop-up.
