Buttons in the General section in the Settings menu are not cycled in the correct order when using the LB/RB buttons

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the Settings menu
2. Cycle through every button in the General section using the LB/RB buttons on your controller

Observed Results:
The buttons are cycled in the following orders:

General > Account > Creator > Video > Subscriptions > Audio > Global Resources

Global Resources > Audio > Subscriptions > Video > Creator > Account > General

Expected Results:
The buttons are cycled from top to bottom/bottom to top.
