Sneaking does not wobble the screen when View Bobbing is enabled

Since 24w33a (1.21.2 Snapshot), sneaking now wobble the screen when View Bobbing is enabled, this is not the case on Bedrock Edition, thus creating parity issue.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable View Bobbing: Settings > Video > View Bobbing
2. Enter any world and start sneaking, then walk around
3. Observe

Expected results:
The screen wobbles when sneaking.

Observed results:
The screen does not wobbles when sneaking.
