Achievements not unlocking

Hi Mojang Support,

I’ve been having a problem with achievements in Minecraft Bedrock. No matter what I do, I can’t unlock any achievements. Here’s what I’ve tried:

1. I’ve created multiple brand-new Survival worlds with no cheats or mods.

2. I’ve reinstalled the game and used a brand-new Microsoft account.

3. I’ve made sure I’m connected to the internet, logged into my account, and playing in vanilla mode.

Despite all of this, I can’t get even the simplest achievements, like “Getting Wood.” Achievements are supposed to work automatically, but they don’t for me, even with a new account on a fresh world.

I’ve tested on different devices and networks, but nothing has worked.

Can you help me figure out what’s going wrong? Is there something I’m missing, or is this a bug?
