Controller cursor moves to the wrong position when flicking the thumbstick down or pressing D-pad down while selecting a bundle in the bottom slot of a storage block

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a storage block (chest, dispenser, etc.)
2. Put a bundle in one of the bottom slots of the storage block
3. Put the controller cursor on the bundle
4. Press down on the D-pad
5. Put the controller cursor back on the bundle
6. Flick the left thumbstick down

Observed Results:
When pressing down on the D-pad, the controller cursor jumps to the rightmost slot in the inventory.

When flicking the thumbstick down, the controller cursor jumps to near the bottom right of the screen.

Expected Results:
As with other items, the controller cursor should move to the slot below.
