The Ultimate Survival World says 'Not Enough Storage' even though I have deleted everything!

I have bought and tried to download The Ultimate Survival World but no matter what it says there is not enough space. I have deleted pretty much all my downloads and worlds, (around 160 mb is left) but it simply refuses to accept there is plenty of space (it suggests it needs around 500 mb)
