Earth Survival gets to 100% of download (Step 1) then stops

I purchased Earth Survival from the Marketplace - when I try to download it, it downloads as normal until it reaches 100% of Step 1, then it just stops.  I have tried clearing the Marketplace cache, exiting straight away then trying again but I get the same response.
