Cosmetic NOT Appearing in Dressing Room

The Mojang Office cape has not appeared in my dressing room despite completing the challenges in the special event days ago. 

I have completed all necessary and required steps to unlock the cape and have restarted my game and logged in and out more times than i can count.

Can someone please assist me in getting the cape added to my account properly?
