Natural spawning of the creaking from creaking hearts cannot be disabled using a behaviour pack.

The creaking naturally spawning from creaking hearts cannot be disabled using a behaviour pack by setting is_spawnable to false. If it can be disabled in any way, please advise me on how to disable the creaking from naturally spawning.
