doesnt log in

when i enter to minecraft bedrock normally, i cant log in to my microsoft account when in the minecraft page i can, or in the micorosoft page i can too. so i think this is an error from the app. when i try to log in it says that it just couldnt log in to the microsoft account.

i tried restarting the wifi, unistalling, updating, and it is still the same. i would love some help beacuse i have realms and minecoins so i would love to not lose them.
