All sounds are choppy, any slightly high volume sound gets cut off, such as flying downwards with an elytra or taking damage.

All game sounds are extremely choppy, including running and taking fall damage. I've tried re-installing multiple times, even tried installing it on a different laptop, it is still the same.

It's happening with all sounds, the video shows the main two that I think demonstrate it the best.
