Some monsters attack snow golems unprovoked

The bug

Some mobs will attack snow golems on sight, as if they were players or iron golems. It's expected that mobs only attack snow golems when provoked by a snowball.

List

The following mobs attack snow golems on sight:
Cave Spider
Drowned
Evoker
Husk
Silverfish
Slime
Spider
Vindicator
Witch
Zombie Villager
Zombie

These other related mobs correctly only attack snow golems when provoked:
Bogged
Breeze (hard to verify since snowballs are deflected)
Magma Cube
Pillager
Ravager
Skeleton
Stray
Vex
Wither Skeleton

How to reproduce

1. Spawn a snow golem
2. Run /kill @e[type=snowball] in a repeating command block to nullify its attacks
3. Spawn a husk

Expected behavior
The husk should ignore the snow golem (until the command block is disabled and a snowball hits it)

Observed behavior
The husk immediately attacks the snow golem
