Player hand animation still plays when game is paused

Steps to reproduce:

• Go to settings > General > and enable game pause
• Go to Settings > video > enable view bobbing
• Enter a world
• Pause the game

Result: The player's hand still moves like normal

Expected result: the player's hand freezes
