Unable to unlock "Who Needs Rockets?" achievement

I am currently unable to get the new achievement that involves using a wind charge propel yourself up eight blocks. Have done this multiple times with and without jump boost 2 still have not gotten the achievement. (Ps: Achievements are enabled for that world)
