The MCC (MCC CAPE) reward was not received despite completing all the tasks

I completed the mcc challenge but didn't receive the cape. I hoped to get it as soon as possible, but unfortunately I didn't get it. I forgot about it. I remembered it not long ago, but when I check my account, despite the fact that a few months have passed, I don't have a cape. I have all the cosmetic items from the mcc event, you can see it in the attached screenshots, the only item I don't have is the mcc cape. Can you help me?
