Consistently quickly disconnected from the Eerie Mojang Office Party

I am able to join, download the pack, and I've tried deleting and re-downloading the pack,

 

But I keep seeing everything load in well and with no lag for about 1 second, and then Minecraft simply crashes

 

(I've tried about 10 times, and it's always about 1 second of normal preference, and I have time for about 1 action before it crashes, and even if I do nothing I'll still crash the same)
