Creative menu sometimes STUCK/UNRESPONSIVE

In the new hotfix, creative menu sometimes are stuck or unresponsive which make it unconsistent and not user friendly for players. This isnt like the previous version where you can scroll easily even the menu is the already at the very bottom of the list (this hotfix sometimes just stuck)
