Username shows up as "Player" everytime I log into Minecraft

Ever since the V1.21.50 update, this annoying bug (that I think only affects me, but I don't know) where my username appears under "Player". I exited the game, and one time, my username; 'Knightz5495' appeared. Only for my game to crash later on.
