10th Anniversary Cape Missing

Back when I played on my switch, I had the 10th anniversary cape until I decided to link my Microsoft account to be able to play online with friends and then it disappeared. I'm not sure why, but I no longer have it and I have spoken with a few other people I know and similar things happened to them where they had it until they didn't. I'm not sure if anything can be done about it, but on the off chance that there is I'd be really happy to have the cape back. I attached a screenshot I have from when I had the cape to show that I did.
