Can’t give keep on death firework rockets

If you attempt giving yourself fireworks rockets or firework stars with keep on death or an item lock, it will just give you a normal version of the item.

 

Command: /give @s fireworks_rocket 1 0 {”keep_on_death”:{}}

 

This happens on bedrock edition worlds and realms
