My friends can't join my multiplayer world

 

 When my friends try to join my world they constantly get stuck on the behavior pack loading screen And a message appears saying that the connection with the host, in my case, had been lost because I "had left the world" when I was still in my world, in addition to that every time without exception when they left the loading screen the download simply returned to zero. 

 

 

 Please tell me how to solve this
