Screen tends to look down when lagging

when moving arround it tends to look down from time to time.
I think it happens when I press "go" arrow while turning direction.
more often when fps drops.
It didnt happen in 17.0.1 and 17.0.2
me, my wife and my kid all three having same expriences.
all using same kinda devices android 6.0.1 on Nexus 5.
