We didn't get the achievements even though condition is true!

Hi Mojang Support Team,

I am having an issue for quite some time. Whenever I try to make get an achievement, I didn't get it. For example, yesterday and today I tried 2 times to get an achievement called 'Renewable Energy', and the condition were also true but I didn't get it. Sometimes I get achievements, but it takes so much time.
