Error code: Creeper

I'm having a problem logging into my Xbox account through Minecraft. I bought the game on Play story, I go into the game and press login and it just stays (Connecting) and after a while a text appears saying it wasn't working. possible and has a Creeper Error Code. Before I could play normally, log into my account and everything and from one day to the next I got this bug and I've tried lots and lots of things and nothing works.
