Mouse Cursor Not Locking to Screen

When I play Minecraft Bedrock my mouse cursor isn't properly locking to my screen some of the time. Sometimes it locks to the window and sometimes it doesn't allowing my cursor to entire my other monitor and if I click it tabs me out of the game.
