When playing splitscreen and second player looks up then down, the clouds for the first player disappear

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Get 2 people
2. Player A go into a world
3. Player B join as second player
4. Player A look diagonally up
5. Player B switch to Third Person Front perspective
6. Player B nod up and down
7. Observe that on Player A's side, the clouds disappear

Expected Result:

Clouds do not disappear
