Strange texture glitch in leaves

History behind this: Create a new world in 1.21.50 to test the new features. When I came to a pale garden, I saw strange blocks in the distance, and as I got closer I saw some strange leaves with a corrupted texture. (As seen in the image attached below).

Theory about this: I don't know what can cause this texture glitch, the configuration of the video options was the next:

• 10 chunks of distance.
• Smoth lighting on.
• Fancy gráfics off.
• No texture packs or addons in that world.
• The leaves were among many biomes, such as snowy taiga, pale garden, dark forest, and jungle. (Maybe this caused the bug)

Sorry, but i don't compress this for a better definition.

(Extra question: Should the reports be made in English, or in other languages?)
