Chat messages overlap again

Clones MCPE-119761 - This bug has been fixed in 1.21.40 and returned in 1.21.50

The background of chat messages slightly overlaps each other, resulting in a dark line between each message.

Steps to Reproduce:

There are many reproduce step to do this bug

• Repeatedly click on a bed during the day or at least 3 blocks from bed
• Repeatedly typing same chat

Observed Results:

Chat messages create dark line between each message

Expected Results:

Chat messages should no create dark line between each message
