Riptide does not go as far vertically as previously.

After the 1.21.50 update, riptide gives 9 blocks less vertical height when aimed straight up. This isn't listed in the changelog, so it is a bug and SHOULD BE FIXED!! No riptide changes were listed in the changelog so nothing should have changed, fix it
