Door Placing Bug

When placing doors as a Right Angle they don’t work properly and open opposite ways with redstone (like a pressure plate). This happened within the last couple updates I believe but I can’t say for sure. But the doors that work are on a world that isn’t too old but on the same world the doors don’t work when places now.
