Shadow players

On servers, when you leave a game and join back in, glitched players start to appear.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to a server
2. Leave the server
3. Join back and see players

Observed Results:
There are players which don't exist and is not in the server but they are there.

Expected Results:
There shouldn't be any players that doesn't exist and in the server.

Notes:
The references has a player but doesn't exist as not counted as it is not in the player list (on right). The texture packs are not the cause from what I discovered.
