Creaking's eyes no longer flicker when its heart is destroyed

The creaking's eyes used to flicker during its death animation, but that no longer happens.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Find a naturally spawning creaking heart or place one in between two pale oak logs aligned on the same axis
2. Wait for a creaking to spawn at night
3. Destroy the creaking heart while the creaking's eyes are visible on screen

Observed Results:
The emissiveness of the creaking's eyes is instantly disabled and stays that way until it dies.

Expected Results:
The emissiveness of the creaking's eyes flickers on and off until the it dies.
