Connection problem to Microsfot on Minecraft in game

I have contacted the Microsoft service and redirected me to you.

When I launch Minecraft for Windows / Minecraft Bederock I can't connect.

Authentication error: Error code Zombie Drowned

For I am well connected to Microsoft
