Creaking doesn’t look at entities when not locked onto player

Steps to reproduce:
1. Spawn or find a creaking (doesn’t matter if it’s with a spawn egg or not)
2. Observe it’s behavior while in creative mode

Observed results: creaking just walks around
Expected results: creaking randomly looks at mobs and players while walking around
