Player camera rotation changes after exiting and reopening world

How to reproduce

1. Open a world
2. Look straight down at the ground
3. Save and quit
4. Re-enter the world

Expected behavior
You should be looking straight down at the ground still

Observed behavior
You're looking in a different direction
