Hunger bar depleting 2 bars at a time when regenerating health

There is a bug in the game whereby the hunger is depleting 2 bars at a time in survival when generating health 

This has occurred multiple times and has cause many inconveniences as more food is needed

It is a major bug which needs to be fixed as soon as possible
