Minecraft starts off consuming little but its consumption will increase every second

I'm normally playing Minecraft sometimes and I add things from addons and so on but it's happening to me that out of nowhere I see that Minecraft is consuming excessively ram memory, it ended up consuming 14GB of ram and the game was unplayable and practically did nothing just with Minecraft being still. I began to continue consuming more and more.

I think this bug started after 1.21.02 because it was in that version for a long time and this never happened to me and now that I update all the time, I open and close the game because if it doesn't consume 100% of the ram, my specifications They are (Ryzen 5 4650G, 16gb Ram 3133Mhz, Rtx 2060 super) and with those specifications I have to all the close and open the game for a while so that my entire PC doesn't crash due to running out of memory

If more tests are needed, I can pass them without problems.
