Fire overlay animation still plays when the game is paused

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable game pause in Settings -> General -> General -> Pause
2. Set yourself on fire
3. Pause the game

Observed result:
The fire animation still plays when the game is paused.

Expected result:
The fire animation is paused until you unpause the game.
