Some particles animate and disappear after the game has been paused

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable game pause in Settings -> General -> General -> Pause
2. Place down a campfire
3. Pause the game

Observed result:
The smoke particles from the campfire keep going up and eventually disappear when the game is paused.

Expected result:
The smoke particles stay in place and do not disappear while the game is paused.
