Worlds ready to be created from World Templates cannot be renamed without unlocking options in Create New World screen from OreUI

Steps to reproduce:

1. with Minecraft open, Go to Play
2. Click Create New
3. Select one of world templates that is not from a mash-up pack (as that usually comes unlocked). In some case or if you don't have any world templates downloaded yet, you might need to surf and / or download some on your Marketplace library and create it from there
4. Attempt to rename it without unlocking options

Expected result: You could rename the world even if the other options for it were locked (the ability to rename a world was still unlocked but any other options are locked), just like it was in JSON UI (old UI)

Actual result: You cannot rename the world without unlocking options.

Workaround: Have it created, then save and quit, after that click the pencil icon (Edit) on a world you just made, if it goes to the JSON UI of the Edit World screen, you can then rename it without unlocking any options.
