i cant leave bedrock servers

So sometimes when I press leave server, I'm stuck on the "Loading" screen, and the only solution so far is closing and reopening Minecraft. It's really annoying since loading into Minecraft on Nintendo takes about 15 minutes. I hope this can finally get resolved.
