Screen Glitches for a split second after opening and exiting a menu with the new UI option enabled

To Recreate the Issue:

1. Enable the New UI option in the game.
2. Open like the world loading menu them after a second or so leave to main menu, using the esc key.
3. Then for a split second The Glitch that you see in the Attachments should appear.
