Natural Regeneration doesn't matched Java Edition

Very slow natural Regeneration compared to java

Step to reproduce:
1. Eat to gain saturation
2. Watch the health regenerate

 Observed result:
Health regenerate slowly every 4 seconds

Expected result:
Health regenerate faster when eating food

Probably related to this issue which is invalid, I don't know. MCPE-165348
