Shapeless crafting recipes without ingridients crashes the game

Steps to reproduce:

1. Make a behavior pack with an recipe that is shapeless, but dosen't set the ingrediants
2. Add it to a world
3. Join the world and open a crafting table gui

Observed result:
Sometimes it just lets you take the item without any crafting, but most of the time it crashes the game

Expected result:
The recipe should throw an content error, as shapeless recipes need ingridients to work and the game shouldn't crash
