Racoon Hat dressing room item unavailable.

When attempting to equip the item I am able to highlight it in the menu, but not select it to preview or equip on my character.

When I select the item it goes through a series of flashing tools in the top corner, as the hat indefinitely attempts to load. Even after left alone for 30+ minutes this item does not load and is not able to be worn despite my ownership of it and having the credits permanently removed from my account.

I have used this hat for years and am quite disappointed to see such a small issue unresolved for months now.
