You Need A Mint Achievement randomly given while filling up a composter

While I was filling up a composter in a village with beetroot, on the third fill of the composter,  which was one I filled up with beetroot and beetroot seeds, it randomly gave me the achievement. I am unable to recreate it as it is on the switch edition.
