Can't sign into a Microsoft account, claims to already be connected.

When I try to sign into my Microsoft account to connect it to my Playstation account, it claims that account is already connected and I need to sign in with my previously connected Microsoft account. It does not tell me what account this is and this message appears no matter what previous or new account I put in.
